Hi Chris,
As discussed at the end of the Council meeting, I agree that the
letter should be addressed to Rod directly. It will help focusing more on the
fact and less on the man.
I also agree with the suggestions made by the Council members
and would like to add one more: I believe we need to ask for the underlying
facts to be disclosed in a meeting with the ccNSO.
If Rod has information that supports his statements (which I
guess we should assume) I would find it incredibly careless/negligent not to
share this with the potential targets of the attack.
