The first part of this session focuses on the operational impact of COVID-19 on

ccTLD managers, including shelter and work from home-arrangements and capacity

building. Part 2 of this session focuses on DNS abuse, the involvement and pressure

by external parties, and how ccTLD Managers deal with these pressures in

comparison with other TLDs. Session chair is Alejandra Reynoso (.gt).
