Resolution
Background: At its meeting in Mexico city on 4 March 2009, the ccNSO Council resolved to close the IANA working group. At the same meeting the Council resolved to review the scope of the Technical Working Group to
ensure that it is mandated and capable of undertaking continuing work with IANA on outstanding issues. At the Seoul meeting the chair of the Technical working group proposed a charter to accommodate the Council’s resolution. During its meeting in Seoul the Council discussed the proposed charter. Two issues needed to be addressed: Language in the charter relating to observers - Change from ‘lurkers” to “observers” - and, seeking new members. During the Seoul meeting the Tech WG members reached out for  new members, who were added. The WG in particular looked for people with firm technical and/or operational knowledge and experience.

Proposed decision:   the ccNSO Council adopts the charter of the Tech working group, as proposed by the chair of the Tech Working Group.
