1. Mind Map overview of activities. This mind map is an update from the mind map discussed at the Council workshop, and includes the result of the Council workshop
2. Overview of the 2018-2020 activities in Outline format. This includes references to Guidelines/Charter and brief description of some of the activities as well
3. Tentative GANTT chart and outline of activities at high level, note this has been included as reference material
