Dear Councillors, Working group and Committee Chairs,

This email is to invite you to a special call regarding ICANN67.  The call is scheduled for Monday, 24 February 2020 at 12 (noon) UTC. The ccNSO Secretariat will follow-up with a calendar invite.

As you know, the ICANN Board of Directors has decided to cancel ICANN67 and hold a remote meeting instead. The goal of the call on Monday is to identify:

-  what definitely needs to be done in the timeframe of ICANN67, for example, ccNSO Council meeting to elect the chair and vice-chairs of the ccNSO and assign other roles,

- which meetings and sessions have to be held regardless of ICANN67 or another ICANN meeting, for example, the PDP RET WG meeting,

- which meetings and sessions can be held only in person and hence have to be deferred to the next face-to-face meeting.
