Dear Council,
On 6 August the Council was asked to select a ccNSO representative to the FY19 ICANN’s Nominating Committee (NomCom). The Councilors who are eligible to vote, were asked to rank the candidates in order of preference. The most preferred candidate (with least total number of points) ranks number 1, second preferred ( with higher total number of points) ranks number 2. Closing date for the voting was 17 August 2018.
The applications period closed 3 August 2018 and we received two applications:
- Pablo Rodriguez, .pr
- Paulos Nyirenda, .mw
The candidate with the highest level of preference and considered selected is Pablo Rodriquez (.pr) (see table below).
