Can I make a suggestion (and one I have been trying to convince other SOs and ACs to do): prepare a 2 or 3 (max) slide presentation and present the work on the FOIWG.

Avoid all the details of its formation and its intricacies and how hard everyone has worked on it.

Really crisp and with “visual aids” and you may actually get through to the board.

Same on the transition – 2 slides summarising your views.

Pint copies for the board members.
