Dear SO/AC Leaders,

 

In preparation for our forthcoming sessions at ICANN85 and our plenary planned for Thursday, 12 March at 09:00 IST, please find attached the discussion materials we invite you to share with your groups. They include the draft proposal outline we would like to obtain your input on as well a document that sets out the context and confirms our intention to articulate a set of parameters.
