Since the Complaints Office started receiving submissions in May 2017, it has received many complaints that have led to opportunities for the org to research, analyze and in improve upon its work, all in a transparent manner. This
report describes key activities and metrics for the reporting period, observations and recommendations from the Complaints Officer, and provides a look ahead at the next six months.
