Dear Councillors,

As you probably know, we’re in the process of revamping our website. On the new website we plan to have photos of all Councillors posted. To make the pictures look good, they need to be taken with the same background, lightning etc. We have therefore arranged for a professional photographer to come in to take photos of you just before/during/after the Council meeting on Wednesday.

For those of you who won’t attend the Council meeting – we will ask you to submit a photo of you later.
