As you can see below, we are requested to appoint a co-chair to the IFRT.

I have contacted our three appointed members Unguec, Peter and Frederico. The team supported appointment of Frederico Neves as a co-chair.

Please let me know if you have any objections by 11 September. If there are no objections, I will inform other communities and ICANN that Frederico is our appointed co-chair.
