Today, 22 December at noon UTC, the call for volunteers for two (2) volunteers to serve on the ICANN Community Excellence Award Selection Panel closed. (See the call for volunteers here).

Two (2) volunteers stepped forward: Javier Rua and Margarita Valdes.  Please find their motivation letters enclosed.

Council needs to appoint 2 representatives by 26 January 2022, to allow them to take their seat shortly afterwards, when the selection panel starts its work.  You are therefore requested to appoint Javier and Margarita to serve on the ICANN Community Excellence Award Selection Panel.
