Following the notice from 12 June, the timeline for the final , second round of voting  has been agreed upon:

The voting will start at 24 July 2013 and close on 17 August 23.59 UTC .

You will receive more detailed information on the voting over the next weeks.

As suggested by some members there will be a session to review the voting during the first round during the members meeting in Durban, on Tuesday 16 July from 17.00-17.20, 

We realize that the voting will be in the middle of the holiday season in Northern Hemisphere, however we have the benefit of being close to the Durban meeting, where we hope to raise awareness of the members for the voting.
