I didn’t see mention of it in Mathieu’s letter to Council (did I miss it?) and I’m seeing residual traffic on the CCWG list that suggests that at least in some of the WG members’ minds, this is still an open issue. What’s the actual status? Is it finished business and part of the forthcoming proposal?

Stephen Deerhake:OK. Jordan indicated such.but I'm just seeking confirmation given the residual messsage traffic on the CCWG list... (an admittedly unweildly beast). Thanks!
