You are warmly invited to join the next IGLC meeting, held on Wednesday, 8 May at noon UTC. This session aims to inform ccTLDs globally and other interested stakeholders about the African Union Data Policy Framework.

IGLC is proud to welcome Ms Sadia Rizvi as guest speaker, to speak about the African Union Data Policy Framework. Ms Rizvi is an Associate at PPM Attorneys, specialised in information and communications technology law, intellectual property law, media law, data privacy, and compliance. PPM Attorneys – based in Johannesburg, South Africa – is a boutique commercial law firm that provides a wide range of legal services focusing on information and communications technology (ICT), marketing and advertising and infrastructure related to these sectors.

The second half of this one-hour session will focus on IGLC actions in relation to the World Summit on the Information Society 20 Year Review (WSIS+20) and IGLC session planning for ICANN80.
