Dear all,

As you will have noted Roelof in his capacity as chair of the SOP WG has send a letter to Steve Crocker and Fadi Chehade, the letter is included and can also be found on the ccNSO home page ( http://ccnso.icann.org/announcements/announcement-3-04nov13-en.htm) . The chair of the ccNSO Council proposes that the ccNSO Council endorses this letter of the SOP WG.

If you have any objection or want to abstain, please email so to this list by Wednesday 13 November 2013, 5 pm UTC.  

If the Council endorses the letter, a statement to that effect will be posted  on the website,
