Dear council members,

Just to let you know that it was confirmed in the GNSO council meeting that they will have an email vote within the 21 day limit with regard to the change of the fundamental bylaws proposal as requested by the ccNSO and that they are aware that it must be an affirmative decision. All indications are that they will vote in that way.
