Summary of request: The IGO-INGO PDP Working Group delivered its Final Report to the GNSO Council on 10 November 2013. The WG's consensus recommendations as contained in the report were adopted unanimously by the GNSO Council on 20 November. As required by the ICANN Bylaws, public notice is hereby provided of the policies under consideration as well as an opportunity to comment on their adoption, prior to their consideration by the ICANN Board.
