It’s in the line of the other comments I’ve seen so far with a few minor twists.

Maybe a relevant addition is that a DNS-CERT misses out on an important fact: internet security is an all-encompassing issue, building niche CERTs might not be the right solution.

Or as one of my members wondered: “What’s next, an email-CERT?”.
