Apologies, I am in Zambia this week and hence will not be able to attend this council
conference call.

Following the council meeting in Seoul, I tried to find a minuted council resolution
that approved any Technical Working Group Charter in the past and I am not able to
find any. I am interested to find out if anyone knows of any such resolution.
