Think it is good a) to confirm that CSC is working efficiently b) to acknowledge the efforts and used methodology by the RT and c) to endorse their findings

Dear Colleagues,
As you may remember, CSC Effectiveness Review Team chose a light-weight approach and skillfully conducted the review, thus, showing that even in ICANN environment it is indeed possible to do things and get results quickly and efficiently.
They have published the draft report:
