Dear all,
The council still needs to appoint a co-chair for the Joint ccNSO-GNSO IDN wg. As soon as the co-chair is appointed the wg can start its activities. Until the adoption of the charter by the council, Jian Zhiang was co-chairing on behalf of the ccNSO Council. It is suggested she would take on the role of co-chair of the wg as well. She has indicated she would be willing to co-chair the working group together with the GNSO appointed co-chair Edmon Chung.  

Please affirm Jian, or appoint somebody else as co-chair as soon as possible,
