First of all I want to thank Katrina and Hiro for their comments on the draft report. Please find included the Board Report as it will be submitted to the ICANN Board of Directors by the Issue Manager in accordance with section 14 of Annex B ICANN Bylaws . Once submitted it will be published on the ccNSO website as well.

Next step is that the ICANN Board shall discuss it at as soon as feasible ( see section 15).
