Attached are two Nomination Reports – one for the extraordinary Nomination Period for the Latin American Region (replacing Victor Abboud) and one for the extraordinary Nomination Period for the North American Region (replacing Dotty Sparks de Blanc). 

Please, let me know by the end of Thursday, 5th November, in case you have any issues with any of the reports. Otherwise, I will consider them approved and will post them at http://ccnso.icann.org/about/elections/council.htm by the end of the week.
