In preparation of tomorrow’s working session you can find results from the previous working session.

As you will recall the purpose of this cycle of working session is to produce a roadmap to improve the ccNSO working methods and resourcing to be discussed and presented by ICANN82.

As you may recall the attendees of the Istanbul working sessions focused on the following two aspects of improving the capacity:

• What are we trying to accomplish by improving the capacity of the ccNSO to deliver on its Purpose and Goals? The results of this part of the working session are included in the consolidated notes and clustered in the What are we trying to accomplish overview.
• What changes can we make that will result in improving the capacity of the ccNSO to deliver on its work?  The results are included in the consolidated notes and how to build capacity overview

In tomorrow’s session the focus will be on two following questions, building on the outcomes of the previous session, specifically on the results of the 2^nd part of that session:

• What do you want to do to increase capacity (improve working methods and/or resources)?
• How would you that? What would it take to do that?

Working method

• Presentation of the results of working session 1
• Introduce questions – goal , type of response
• Break-out session 1- What do you want to do to increase capacity
  • Think through your response individually
  • Use zoom sticky note to make your suggestion (format max 6 words, using active verb)
  • Discuss results per break-out room
• Break out session 2:  How would you that? What would it take to do that?
  • Think through your response individually
  • Use zoom sticky note to make your suggestion (format max 6 words, using active verb)
  • Discuss results per break-out room
• Wrap-up & combine outcomes
