@fellow Councilors who are also SOPC members: there will be suggestion on draft comment on the same subject on behalf of SOPC distributed today through SOPC mailing list. Please don’t be confused. It is a different document, not controversial to Council’s comment. I believe that suggested amendments are highly relevant to SOPC so it will be good to provide comments both from Council and from SOPC
