Per last Council call, included link to draft joint letter form the ccNSO and GNSO Councils on deferring the third CSC Effectiveness Review: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1o_X8KSpzrU45upevdnPaZ5PxsXCKwc-2/edit 
If you have any comments please add them in Google doc in suggestion mode by 6 August.
 After completion of your review, the draft will be send to GNSO Council for their review. Goal is adopt the letter at he next Council meeting on 22 August
