1. The GNSO Council has sent a letter to Kurt Pritz and members of the ICANN New GTLD Implementation Team to request a change to Module 2 of the Draft Applicant Guidebook to allow applicants to request an Extended Review for strings that fail the initial evaluation for confusing similarity and likelihood to confuse.

2. gNSO is awaiting the drafting team members from ccNSO for the draft DNS-CERT/SSR WG charter.

3. ICANN Staff is directed to move ahead with WHOIS Study 3 (WHOIS Proxy and Privacy “Abuse” Study) before finalizing the RFP for Study 4 (WHOIS Proxy and Privacy “Reveal” Study).
