Please find included a document from ICANN legal (in copy) for further conversation on the change of Article 10 of the ICANN bylaws to allow the inclusion of IDNccTLD Managers in the ccNSO. In the document you’ll find some questions where further clarification may be needed.

Next steps regarding the Bylaw change is included on the draft agenda for the upcoming regular Council meeting, which will be circulated later today.
