This is a note and a short letter to read for discussion at Thursday’s council meeting.
Coming up to this icann meeting, the NomCom asked Alejandra, Biyi and I to meet with them to talk about the role description for the appointees they select as Council members. The idea is to answer any queries NomCom may have, and help them understand a bit about how the role works in practice.
We joined NomCom on Saturday for a half hour. The conversation identified some areas that they asked us to communicate to them in writing.
