Subject: [ccnso-council] Call for volunteers Internet Governance Coordination Committee

Dear all,

The ccNSO is now looking for volunteers for a ccNSO Internet Governance Coordination Committee (IGCC). 

The Committee’s main task is to coordinate ccNSO- and other ccTLD efforts to participate in and provide input to relevant Internet Governance processes. The committee is also to coordinate and engage the broader ccTLD community in Internet Governance matters.

The members are expected to share information and provide regular updates to the other Committee members on Internet Governance-related initiatives in which they participate. The group is also foreseen to keep and maintain a public schedule for relevant events happening around Internet Governance and to engage the further community in these events.

Please, note that this Committee is not dealing with the IANA Oversight Transition process, nor the ICANN Accountability process. 

If you wish to participate in this Committee, please, let me have your name by Wednesday, 17 December at the latest. You do not need to be a ccNSO member to participate.
