ICANN is running a project called "How We Meet" that is intended to identify practical options that will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ICANN's Public Meetings and optimize cost efficiencies while continuing to support the evolving needs of the community.

ICANN has now published the How We Meet project report for Public Comment: https://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/proceeding/how-we-meet-reviewing-the-implementation-of-the-icann-public-meetings-strategy-09-04-2025. We encourage everyone to read the report and have your say.

The ccNSO Council is planning to provide feedback to this public comment proceeding. The Council's feedback will be informed by the ccNSO discussion at ICANN82.

The Council's statement will be shared on this mailing list, in case it is helpful to ccTLDs in providing their own feedback.
