Please find included the proposed statement of purpose for the ccNSO IANA Transition and Accountability Coordination Committee (ISTACC). Thesis time 4.2 on the agenda for Thursday’s Council call.

The major changes are:

Background section
Purpose and scope of activities. With adoption of the CWG-Stewarsghip and CCWG -Accountability Proposals, the focus is moved to the implementation of these proposals.
Membership: this is adjusted to reflect that the ISTACC will eb implementation focused.
