Hello,

We are drafting a schedule for ccNSO-related session in Johannesburg and wanted to give you a preliminary understanding of how the meetings will look.  As this is the 4 day Policy Forum, there will be meetings on all 4 days.

· Day 1, Monday 26 June – WG Meetings, DNSSEC workshop run jointly with Tech Day (call for presentations is open), Council Prep

· Day 2, Tuesday 27 June – Members Day 1, ccNSO community cocktail (seeking sponsors) – tentatively schedule

· Day 3, Wednesday 28 June – Members Day 2

· Day 4, Thursday 29 June – TLD OPS workshop and PDP Working group.

TBD – Joint sessions with ICANN Board and other SO/ACs, as well as the Council F-2-F meeting.

The current proposal is to have wide-interest cross-community sessions in the afternoon and a community networking event each evening – as was done at the last Policy forum.  Additionally, there is no public forum(s) or opening ceremony.
