Please relay to the Tech WG the discussion we had in the council regarding the Additional Budget Request (ABR) and also regarding the need to update the Tech WG Charter.

It would be nice to have their recommendations of changes to the Charter by our July meeting, with the aim of being able to adopt the new Charter by the ICANN 72 council meeting.
