Summary of request:

The ccNSO Council initiated the third ccNSO Policy Development Process (PDP) at its meeting in Copenhagen during ICANN58. As part of the launching process feed-back, comment and input is sought on the issues as defined in the Issues Report.
After closure of the public comment period the input received will be collated by the ccNSO PDP Issue Manager in a Comments Report which will then be provided to the ccNSO PDP Working Group (WG) on the retirement of ccTLDs and – later – to the ccNSO PDP WG to develop a review mechanism pertaining to delegation, transfer, revocation and retirement decisions.
