As you may remember, CSC Effectiveness Review Team chose a light-weight approach and skillfully conducted the review, thus, showing that even in ICANN environment it is indeed possible to do things and get results quickly and efficiently. To support the team, their findings and approach they used, the Council could submit their comments.
