First, I want to thank everyone for participating, and that we were quorate.

Second, I want to emphasize the importance of what we did;  we did not just act as the ccNSO Council today; we acted as an Empowered Community member under the ICANN Bylaws, as we are entitled to.  That is an important distinction.

Although we ended up not agreeing with our colleagues from the At Large Community regarding their issue with the Board, we did engage in the process afforded to us under the ICANN Bylaws.  That is what is important.
