For those keeping score, the minimum threshold required for approval has been met (ALAC, ccNSO, and GAC).  The ECA is still waiting to hear from the ASO and GNSO.

FYI, the letter from the ECA to the ICANN Corporate Secretary is already written; I’m just waiting for the clock to expire (and for the ASO and GNSO to act).
