This is a reminder that the call for nominations for Board Seat 12 closes tomorrow, Friday 27 September 2024 at 23:59 UTC.

The deadline for accepting nominations is Friday, 4 October 2024 (23:59 UTC): the nomination process manager will reach out to all nominees with instructions on how to do so. The election will take place in February 2025, following the completion of due diligence on the nominee(s) by a professional firm. A virtual question and answer session with the candidate(s) will be held in late January.
