We tried to come up with a compromise solution for our calls. Kim prepared an Excel sheet in order to identify times that negatively impact the least number of councillors (see attachment). I have suspicions that we got something wrong with DST and no DST – please feel free to correct!
In red we have times we should try to avoid as much as possible – from 23:00 till 5:00.
In yellowish – times that are not good but... well, more or less ok: from 6:00 till 7:00 and from 19:00 till 22:00.
In green – “normal” office hours, i.e., from 8:00-18:00.
As you can see, we’ve got two ‘extremes’ – Alejandra and Debbie.
I propose to have calls at 11:00 UTC and at 19:00 UTC. Alas, none of these times is green for Debbie (sorry!!!) and one is even red. If there are other suggestions, there’s always room for discussions!
So far proposed times for our calls are:
14 April, 11.00 UTC
12 May, 19.00 UTC
16 June, 11.00 UTC
Kindest regards,
