Hi Chris, just a quick follow-up on this issue.

I want to commend you and everyone involved in drafting the letter to the CEO regarding his comments to the GAC. While not present in Nairobi, we are very concerned about this and ICANN's proposal to expand its authority into the DNS-CERT area, which we believe are directly related.

Does the ccNSO Council plan to submit comments to ICANN's DNS-CERT proposal? The public comment period closes on 3/29. http://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/#dns-cert

Just for clarity as you were not present, the letter was jointly  
drafted by council and unanimously approved by them as well as all  
members present.
