As many of you start planning your trip to the ICANN meeting in Hyderabad, we would like to share with you a high level overview of how the ccNSO schedule will look like.  

ICANN57 will fall on a THURSDAY through WEDNESDAY schedule, following the meeting C format. All the ccNSO related meetings will be held on:

Friday 4 November: ccNSO working group face-to-face meetings

Saturday 5 November: Tech Day

Sunday 6 November: ccNSO Members meeting, day 1 (ccNSO cocktail in the evening – looking for sponsors!)

Monday 6 November: ccNSO Members meeting, day 2

Monday 6 November, 5 pm local: ccNSO Council meeting

ICANN will be holding a webinar on 7 September 2016 to provide the community with a full update on ICANN57, including information on logistics, accommodations and travel. Details on obtaining a visa will also be shared during the webinar, and as well as being posted on https://meetings.icann.org/en/hyderabad57.  Make sure to keep an eye out for the webinar announcement.
