Dear Councillors.

Item 15 on the agenda of Council meeting # 176 focused on the following question: “ICANN Hybrid Meeting, what are the requirements from a Council perspective? ”

This document summarizes the discussion and formulates a suggested way forward for Council to discuss and consider.  Annex A contains some relevant links to the jamboard used for the discussion, meeting notes and zoom recordings.
