Whilst not a member of the ccNSO, .lb is a ccTLD.

I am not certain at this point what to make of the action taken by the IANA with regards to .ib, as described in the above referenced correspondence.

I believe, however, that we as Council need to think about and discuss the action that the IANA took with respect to this circumstance.  I thus propose that we devote some time at our up coming meeting to begin a discussion of this event.
