The ccNSO Secretariat invited the Regional Organisations on 11 April to share the heads up regarding the upcoming vote and on 19 April, the vote notice was shared with them. All RO’s confirmed receipt and availability to share the invite to vote with their membership. LACTLD organized a webinar in Spanish, to promote the vote. The APTLD announcement was sent to the ordinary-members mailing list, and the one by CENTR to the GA mailing list. The Regional Organisations were also invited to share the announcement regarding the call for volunteers for the 2^nd IANA Review Team.
