As you may recall the ccNSO Council would provide input into the CEO Search process, in particular on the criteria, based on the current list of characteristics of the ICANN Board (included). As you may also have noted closing date to provide additional input by email is 15 November.
As friendly reminder, you are requested to indicate:
- Do additional characteristics need to be added, and if so, please indicate which one, and why
- Are some characteristics superfluous, and if so, why?
- The proposed set of characteristics is fine.
To be most helpful please send an email to the council list by 11 November.

The council agreed to try to porived timely input based on the current list of characteristics of the ICANN Board ( included). As you may also have noted closing date to provide additional input by email is 15 November.
Given the limited timeframe, you are requested to indicate:
