the new ICANN Fellowship Selection Committee, which closed Monday, 17 September 2018 (23:59 UTC)
The applicants were (in alphabetical order):

Pablo Rodriguez (.pr)
Jian Zhang (NomCom appointed Councillor)
In the table below, you will be able to find an overview of the ballot numbers, their date of receipt and the order of preference as listed by the individual council members. 11 councillors submitted their
preference before the 17 September (23:59 UTC) deadline. Jian Zhang abstained.

The candidate receiving most supportive votes, is selected. The ccNSO Secretariat will inform relevant ICANN staff of the selection of the candidate.
Background
The ccNSO Council has launched the call for Expression of Interest
to the new ICANN Fellowship Selection Committee.

The call for Expression of Interest was open from
Tuesday, 4 September 2018 and closed Monday, 10 September 2018 (17:00 UTC).
After receipt of the applications, the application material documents were transmitted to the ccNSO Councillors.
At closure of the application window, three (3) applications were received. The Councillors selected and listed the candidates in order of preference and mailed them to Joke Braeken. The
selection procedure closed on 17 September 2018 (23:59 UTC).
