The letter captures the issues including the wider political context very effectively. For a statement in an open GAC meeting it was quite shocking and alarmist and I was left wondering how I was going to rationalise it and put it into context for ministers as well as my cybersurity policy colleagues who are backing the new security initiative to the hilt. The ccNSO Chair's letter helps me to do that.
