Dear fellow council members,

We would like to invite you to the third in-person continuous improvement exercise of the ccNSO. We’ve chosen a subject based in part on results from our previous events and the reporting provided on voting within the ccNSO. Our hope is two-fold: to update and change how we conduct votes as we learn what drives participation, especially in PDPS. Given the importance of membership engagement, our second hope is that some of our members feel more comfortable participating as we experienced both in person and virtually.
